One of the leading makeup brands in the world, MAC cosmetics just brings out good product after good product, so naturally I had to try out the latest from them. I’ve been eyeing this contour palette for a while from MAC & decided to pick it up as I wanted to test & try it out.
The key to these powders are to sculpt, shape and enhance the facial features, creating a natural over all look on the skin... meaning that this product doesn’t look like you have chiseled your cheekbones to the heavens and back, but giving you a softer look rather than a harsh bronzed face. I have my palette in light / medium, but there is a medium dark/ dark palette as well for deeper skin tones.
Consisting of 6 shades - 3 matte contouring shades & 3 very subtle shimmer shades to highlight the face - this palette promises to provide a smooth, even & silky application to the face.
I feel like MAC is still one of the biggest make up brands that MUA’s trust and use in their kits. If you are a pro MUA, I would suggest getting both as we work with different skin tones all the time.Very sturdy - black packaging with a large mirror inside = which is always a win for me PLUS it’s small and compact for traveling with!
These palettes are priced at R650 each at any MAC store
